Yes, You can use this on any Mobile, Tablet or Laptop/desktop. This feature is specially useful for management to approve the PO, Job Orders etc or check the reports while out of office. There is no need to provide computer to everyone. Small works can be done on mobile easily.

Job Indents will be raised for Job Works Then Job order will be created and finally a service sheet will be generated and sent to accounts by the respective HOD certifying the work completion.

Yes. Cost Head, Cost Sub Head and Cost Center wise consumption reports available in the software.

You will get notifications whenever any event on your Indent like Indent approval, PO creation, IGP creation etc. Apart from these you may check through Indent Inquiry report.

The Ultimate control is in the hands of Unit Head who approves all the Indents, PO, Job Orders etc. Without his approval, nothing can be purchased. IT Manager will have the access control of the software to assign the correct and only required access to users.

User has to request the IT admin to get that Indent deleted or closed as the case may be. No data will be deleted from the system. Budget will get credited back to the department. Once a data entered means that will be in the system for forever.
